We are your local 'Home Town' service company offering heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and attic insulation. Conveniently located in Woodstock, Reliable Heating & Air is family owned and operated by the father and son team of Dan and Daniel Jape.
For 34 years, we have always serviced the entire North Metro area, but now offer service to the entire Metro area, as far north as Jasper and Flowery Branch, West to Villa Rica, Grayson and Loganville to the East and Fayettville and McDonough to the South.

Company History
The company was founded by Dan Jape in 1978 and his commitment to customer satisfaction has been an integral part of his business philosophy from the beginning.
Daniel started working at Reliable as a young man and over the years, has been assigned to the duct cleaning crews, service crews and installation department. After graduating from college, he returned to work in the sales and design team where is learning the skills he needs to one day take over full operation of the company as Dan passes down the company to the second generation.
Reliable Heating and Air has steadily grown to be one of the most respected and well known heating and air conditioning/service contractors in the southeast and has been recognized time and time again for superior customer service and customer satisfaction, most recently being awarded “Best of the Best” Heating and Air Contractor by the readers of 4 separate publication in Alpharetta, Roswell, East Cobb and Woodstock in 2007, 2008, 2009 and most recently for 2010.
We are also the recipient of the Consumers Choice Award for Business Excellence for 2003, 2004 and 2005.

We are open 7 days a week for any emergencies that might arise in your home or business. We actually have customer service reps in our office so you do not get a answering service or a machine to leave a message. Late at night, one of our employee's actually take the phones home with them and they have remote access to our computer server and on call techs to help provide help "right now".
The installation department is known for quality work installing replacement systems, as well as new construction on custom houses, and remodels.
All service technicians and installers at Reliable are EPA certified to handle refrigerant and are trained both in house and by factory personnel. Reliable is a NATE certified company and the average technician has over 10 years experience in the HVAC industry and is NATE certified.
Our technicians use state of the art tools and testing equipment including refrigerant recovery equipment to protect the environment.
